      Uk or European orders over £70 are delivered free-of-charge for postage (via our standard delivery service). This service requires a signature on delivery .

Special Covid-19 ● Pandemic Conditions - Manufactured sets MAY take UP to 10 weeks to arrive due to reduced working arrangements with additional delays of posting by up to 2 weeks . We regret inconvenience .

 

USUAL DELIVERY INFORMATION and TERMS OF BUSINESS below

 

      Economy service (not tracked or Guaranteed). This is a 2-10 day service for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday

Standard service : £5.50 Guaranteed & Tracked. This is a 2-working day guaranteed and tracked service for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Requires a signature on delivery.

PRIORITY service: £11.99 next day by 1pm Guaranteed & Tracked. Your order is posted the same working day you place your order (as long as it is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday . Friday orders received before 2pm will be processed and posted same day but will not arrive until Monday . If you require items for a Monday, your payment must be cleared by Friday morning by 12 noon in order for us to process it on time. This service requires a signature on delivery.

Returns are NOT ACCEPTED on commissioned items for a certain date. However with discretionary arrangements with you , we offer 67% of the cost of your item ( postage not included ) back again upon safe return ( and in saleable condition)to us of the item(s) . There can be no exceptions to this as we are a charitable community business. Thank you

Any returns are free and details will be included with your delivery parcel's packing slip.
